2025 BCLA Minor Box Lacrosse Provincial Championships

Accommodation Partnership with Click N Stay & EventConnect: In order to reduce the stress around finding accommodations when your team is travelling to Provincials, the BCLA has partnered with Click N Stay & EventConnect. They are now the official accommodations platform and booking engine for all travelling teams participating in Provincial Championships. Click N Stay will be negotiating exclusive discounted hotel rates with secured room inventory at team friendly properties that feature top amenities, ideal locations, and favourable cancellation policies.
Click N Stay on behalf of the BCLA have entered into contracting with carefully selected hotels, special rates and inventory that will be protected until any play-downs are concluded. Feedback from past provincial championships, has delivered one consistent message, "We can't find hotel rooms for our entire team and what is available is too expensive". This new 'stay to play' policy, involving a 'Hotel Preference System', means teams are able to select their top three (3) preferred host hotels.
Once a team has submitted their declaration form, a Click N Stay representative will reach out to start the hotel preference process.
BC Ferries Sport Experience Program: Guidelines · On-Line Application To assist in the costs of teams traveling, the BC Ferries Sport Experience Program has been developed to provide travel support to not-for-profit sport organizations. Eligible applicants may apply for up to 2 one-way passenger vouchers per eligible traveler. Through this exciting program, BC Ferries and ViaSport British Columbia will assist with ferry travel costs for athletes, coaches and team managers.
